Step 1: Click on CRM
Step 2: Select Manage Customers (This will automatically display a list of all your customers.)
Step 3: Click on the “Action” dropdown next to the customer’s name to view the customer Profile
Step 4: Inside the customer Profile, you can manage the following:
a. Customer information - Edit and save any changes to customer information
b. Notes - Add notes to keep track of interactions and important information.
c. Documents – upload customer documents for easy access and record keeping
Tip:
Always keep customer information updated and keep your whole team aligned on client history by adding notes.
