How To Create A Task

Here’s a clear  guideline to follow:

Step 1 - Click on O & P Management

Step 2 - Select Projects

Step 3 - From the list of projects, click on the Project Name you want to work on

Step 4 - Click on Create New Task (Green button)

Step 5 - Select a Process (previously added under Business Settings)

Step 6 - Capture the Task Description

Step 7 - Select the Start Date and End Date

Step 8 - Add the Team Members responsible for the task

Step 9 - Assign a Team Leader

Step 10 - Indicate whether Evidence is required (e.g., documents or images)

Step 11 - Click Create Task


Tip

By Managing internal tasks, you will be able to increase team accountability, improve productivity and spot task delays early.
