How Does The Team Access The System

Here’s a clear step-by-step guide:

First you need to have added your team as users in the system.

Step 1 - Click on Business Settings

Step 2 - Select Users

Step 3  - Click on Manage Users

Step 4 - Locate the user and click on the Action dropdown view-  next to their name (this opens the user’s profile)

Step 5 - Click on Action again inside the user profile

Step 6 - Click the Send button below the text “Send password reset link”

The user will receive an email with a link to create their password and log into the system.


Tip

Ensure the user’s email address is correct before sending the link so they can successfully access the system without delays.
